About the event
Midlife and Menopause can feel enormous.
Our culture expect us to keep going, even when we are exhausted and experiencing profound changes and transformation. What we need most is to PAUSE. We need to tune in to our body, to love her changes and nourish her emotional tides.
Pause is a community and sisterhood circle. A space to be seen, heard and held by women who understand. In Pause you will experience a gentle Body Meditation and Breathwork to help you connect with your body and breath, and share space with women in the safety of your home.
