Vibrational Sound Massage can be used to "re-tune" the body and overall health. Interweaving the grounding frequency of Reiki with Himalayan Brass bowls on the body brings the full body and parasympathetic nervous system back into alignment. This allows your body to move into a state of healing itself. Michelle uses therapeutic grade singing bowls specifically engineered to provide vibration over sound. The vibrational qualities and characteristics are crafted to match specific body zones for energetic harmonizing. Each Sound Therapy session begins with a gentle Ceremony and grounding meditation crafted to help you clear emotional, spiritual and physical blocks from your body. There are many additional tools and methods I blend in to enhance each session, including: tuning forks, shamanic drums, bells, chimes, humming and singing.
